  • Course Cancellation by SM Infotech: If SM Infotech cancels a course or program, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee.
  • Student Withdrawal Before Course Start Date: If a student withdraws from a course before the scheduled start date, a refund may be provided according to the terms outlined in Section 2.

2. Refund Process

  • Notification: To request a refund, the student must notify SM Infotech in writing or via email at before the course start date.
  • Refund Calculation: The refund amount will be calculated based on the following:
