SM Infotech values the satisfaction of our customers. The following conditions outline the eligibility criteria for requesting a refund:

  • Course Cancellation by SM Infotech: If SM Infotech cancels a course or program, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee.
  • Student Withdrawal Before Course Start Date: If a student withdraws from a course before the scheduled start date, a refund may be provided according to the terms outlined in Section 2.

2. Refund Process

  • Notification: To request a refund, the student must notify SM Infotech in writing or via email at training@sminfolabs.in before the course start date.
  • Refund Calculation: The refund amount will be calculated based on the following:
    • Withdrawal more than [X] days before the course start date: [Percentage]% refund.
    • Withdrawal [X] days or fewer before the course start date: [Percentage]% refund.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as registration fees or material fees, may be non-refundable.

3. Course Participation

Refunds will not be issued for students who have participated in any part of the course.

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the approval of the refund request.

5. Payment Method

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is not available, an alternative method will be used.
